Receiver for the North End Bank. Through the application of C. G. Perkins for a receiver of the North End bank past days in North Seattle were recalled. Perkins obtained judgment against the bank for $29,000. On appeal the supreme court sustained the judgment. Yesterday afternoon Perkins filed a petition asking that the superior court declare the bank insolvent and appoint a receiver. H. R. Clise was named by the court.

Stockholders Are Sued. H. P.. Clise, receiver of the North End bank, commenced suit in the superior court yesterday afternoon against the stockholders to recover money due on an assessment of $94 a share. Those against whom claims are made are as follows: D. T. Denny. $940; A. H. King. $940; D. B. Ward, $8,460; W. R. Ballard, $8,460; J. W. Bixby, $17,000. The receiver says the assets are of no value, and that the indebtedness is between $45,000 and $50,000.
