Sept. 13.-(P)Wood, of banks, today the Elsinore State closed by action of the board of directors terday to the intendent of banks to be handled in accordance with the law governing such cases. The bank was capitalized at assets of about $250,Established in 1926, been unable to make profit, Wood said.
