WANTS 3 ESTATES TO PAY $3,100 TO BANK Proceedings preliminary to filing of claims against three estates in court ben instituted by Herman Rapp. as receiver of Climax State bank. in behalf of the bank. The three claims total $3,100. and are based circuit order of June $100 share each stock holder of the bank. The receiver claims that the estates of Morris E. Roof. Andrew E. Berger and Ira Barkley owned bank stock the time bank went into the receivers' hands in September, 1931. and therefore are liable to the bank at the rate of $100 share for the stock possessed by them. Proof of claim has been filed Rapp against estate, which it is declared had 10 shares of bank stock and is liable to the receiver for $1,000.
