SPECIAL NOTICES. NOTICE TO DEPOSITORS IN CAPITAL SAVlugs Bank.-Depositors in said bank will please take notice that by an order passed by the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia in the Equity Cause No. 23674 of Warfield vs. Archer et al., the receivers appointed in said cause are directed to give notice by this publication to all persons whose claims against said bank were allowed by the auditor and who have not yet claimed the sum allowed them, that unless on or before May 5. 1910, they apply for payment to the undersigned at the office of Mr. Joseph H. Stewart. National Benefit Association building. 669 F street n.w., they will forfeit all claim in said fund. and the receivers will distribute the unclaimed balance among those who have heretofore made, or shall before the date herein named make such claim.
