Gonzales Bank Asks Receiver Gonzales, Tex., May 4.-A petition was filed in district court here this morning styled C. E. Dilworth and Everett Lawley versus R. S. Dilworth in a suit for the dissolution of a copartnership existing under the name of the Dilworth Bank unincorporated for an accounting and for appointment of a receiver. The petitioners left immediately for Seguin where District Judge Lester Holt is holding court asking him to appoint a receiver. The officers of the bank are R. S. Dilworth, presi. dent; C. E. Dilworth, vice president; Everett Lawley, cashier. According to published statement the three named officers are sole owners of the bank. In a statement to the public, C. E. Dilworth says that "after careful analysis of the situation which has been precipitated by conditions arising during the last 24 hours, I deem it absolutely necessary for the interests of all depositors and creditors to close the doors of the bank and ask for the appointment of a receiver to take charge of all the assets and to preserve and protect them for the benefit of depositors and creditors.'
