At the September term of the Supreme Court, holden at Providence, within and for the County of Providence, 111 the State of Rhode Island, &c. It W3A ordered and decreed by said Court. that the holders of the bills of the Mount Verton Bank, in order to be emitted to a divide nd of the assets of said B ink, should depos the same with the Receiver on or before the entday of July, A. D., 1850. In accordance with eatd decree, the undersigned give notice to all holders of the bills of said bank to deposit the same with Lim, at bis office in Blackstone block, No. 25 Wey burret street, in sald Providence, on or before the first day of July A.
