MOUNT VERNON BANK, IN PROVIDENCE, R. 1. State of Rhode I-land, &c. Providence, &c. At the September term of the Supreme Court, holden at Providence, within and for the County of Providence, 1b the state of Rhode Island, &c. It was ordered and decreed by -aid Court. that the holders of the bills of the Mount Verton Bank, in order to be entitled to a divid-nd of the assets of vaid Bank, should deposit the same with the Receiver on or before the nrstday of July, A. D., 1860. In accordance with and decree, the undersigned give nofice to all D olders of the bills of sald bank to deposit the same with bim, at his office in Blackstone block, No. 23 Weyboaset street. In said Providence. on or before the first day of July A. D. 1860, and that such depositors shall: ecive from him certificates of such deposits, which will cn. titlethem to all dividend. psyableon said bills by any future order of said Court.
