At the September term of the Supreme Court, holden at Providence, within and for the County of Providence, 111 the State of Rhode Island, &c. It W3A ordered and decreed by said Court. that the holders of the bills of the Mount Verton Bank, in order to be emitted to a divide nd of the assets of said B ink, should depos the same with the Receiver on or before the entday of July, A. D., 1850.
