$39,598 SUIT AGAINST HEIR OF M'MILLAN ESTATE SETTLED Nashville Bank's Claim Involving W. F. Kingston, Ontario, Is Compromised for $17,000. Settlement for $17,000 of a suit for $39,598, filed here against William F. Kingston, a resident of the Province of Ontario, Canada, was made known in a stipulation filed yesterday in Circuit Judge McAfee's court. Kingston is a residuary legatee under the $2,000,000 trust estate of Mrs. Eliza McMillan, who died in 1915, and receives $100 a month from the estate. The suit against him was filed by the receiver of the Bank of Tennessee at Nashville, and charged indebtedness on a note given to the bank with a pledge of collateral which the suit declared to have been worthless. The suit asked that the St. Louis Union Trust Co., as trustee of Mrs McMillan's estate, be required to pay the $100 a month to the bank's receiver until the obligation could be satisfied. Stop Order Against Gold Stock.
