Creditor Notice Has Been Filed W. W. Woodley, Jr.. permanent receiver of the Greensboro Bank Securities company, Greensboro Bond and Mortgage company. and Greensboro Title company, filed in Superior court Friday notice to creditors to file their claims with him not later than July 1. The receiver will file his report of claims July 8. and claimants and other interested persons may appear to make exceptions thereto not later than the first three days of the term of Superior court which will convene July 10.

Bank Subsidiaries Receiver Authorized to Employ Help Orders designating the Wachovia Bank and Trust company as depository for the receivership funds and authorizing the receiver, W. W Woodley, to employ an assistant and stenographer have been signed by Judge H. Hoyle Sink, of Superior court, in the actions against the Greensboro Bond and Mortgage company, Greensboro Bank Securities company and the Greensboro Title company, subsidiaries The United Bank and Trust company The receiver was authorized to em. ploy Alan Turner, local real estate man, as assistant in the management the affairs of the Greensboro Bond and Mortgage company, at salary of $62.50 Employment, of Miss Bonnie Fogleman as stenographer for the three concerns at salary of $75 monthly was also authorized.
