Bonds Turned Over Judge Wybrant did not recognize the injunction, granted the Bank of Capron by District Judge A. G. Sutton, and wrote out a new order to Treasurer Ferguson. The bonds were turned over to the receiver Monday afternoon and a receipt obtained. The Capron bank receiver had claimed that $654 due it from the closed First National bank had never been paid, although the amount had been deducted from the county's account with the institution.
