Commercial Bank, Millington, V8. Phonix Bank, New. York.-Action to recover a balance in hands of the Pho. SEX Bank, N. Y. in power of the Commercial Bank, Milling. top, an institution chartered by the State of Maryland, but which has suspended payment. A draft was held by a creditor of the Bank for $500. and seeing a balance of $77 advertised by the Phonix Bank as due to the Bank of Millington, he luid claim to it. Verdict for plaintiff in latter amount.
