RECEIVER MAY SELL BONDS CLARKSDALE, Feb. der signed by Judge Edwin Holmes of Yazoo City, federal tudge for southernd ivision of Mississippi, was placed on the minutes the delta division of United States district court yesterday, Rawlings, the Natitonal Bank pay the Union Planters bonds chased that institution before the Planters' Bank closed on December 30 as repurchase agreement. The receiver was authorized the bonds the First SecuriBank of Memphis at $213,500.

Bank Receiver Sues Bilbo on Note For $500 Press.) BILOXI, Miss., Sept. 18 F. Rawlings, receiver of the Planters Bank of Clarksdale, has filed suit in federal court here Gov. Theo Bilbo and Linda A. Bilbo for $500 on their note to the bank dated Sept. 26, 1926, for one year. drawing per cent interest, with attorney's fees provided in the note.
