NTARIO BANK. RECEIVER'S NOTICE. In pursuance 01 an order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York notice is hereby given to all persons, firms and corporations holding or claiming any of the circulating notes of the former Ontario Bank (at Canandaigua) or of the Ontario Branch Bank (at Utica), that they are required to present the same for payment, at my office. in the city of Utica, on or before the 1st day of July next: and that in default or so doing the said notes will not be paid. Dated at Utica, May 15, 1862. EDMUND A. WETMORE. Receiver of the Ontario Bank.

In pursuance of an order of the Sapreme Court of the State of New York notice is hereby given to all persons, forms and corporations holding or claiming any of the circulating notes of the former Ontario Bank (at Canandaigua) or of the Ontario Branch Bank (at Utica), that they are required to present the same for payment, at my office, in the city of Utica, on or before the 1st day of July next: and that in default of 80 doing the said notes will not be paid.
