Bank Affairs To Be Settled Soon The assets of the defunct Citizens State Bank have been sold and the proceeds from the sale will be divided to pay off the claims, real soon now. The assistant bank receiver at Arkansas City stated that the assets sold for enough to pay out about twenty-three cents on the dollar. The State Guarantee Fund will make up the difference. The claims are expected to be paid up and the whole case settled by the end of this month is the belief of those in charge.
