THE STATE OF KANSAS to all persons whom it may concern: You will take notice that August F. Wegner, President of The Citizens State Bank, of Onaga, Kansas, on the 17th day of May, 1923, filed a petition in the above named court, setting forth and alleging: (1) that all claims and demands against said bank have been paid and discharged (2) that stockholders owning and representing more than two-thirds of the capital stock of said bank favor the dissolution of the same and that (3) such stockholders did on the 16th day of May, 1923, authorize the said August F. Wegner to institute proceedings to dissolve said banking corporation; that said bank has ceased to do a general banking business; and praying for judgement dissolving such corporation. And you are further notified that unless objection is filed in the above named court on or before the 28th day of June, A. D., 1923, the allegations of said petition will be taken as true and judgement will be rendered dissolving The Citizens State Bank, of Onaga, Kansas, being the corporation named in said petition.
