Charles H. Herold Appointed Receiver. Charles H. Herold of Seneca, was appointed last Saturday as receiver to close the business of the Seneca First State Savings Bank. Mr. Herold was vice president of the bank and one of the stockholders. He will soon take charge of the bank as receiver and the bank will open for the transaction of the receivership business. Just when the depositors will receive a per cent of their deposits cannot be said, but it will be done when the bank commissioner authorizes it.
