Court Orders Bank Receiver to Permit Inspection of Books Special to The Record-Herald. WIBAUX, Oct. 12.—On application of County Attorney Seth Manning, Judge F. P. Leiper has made an order directing the receiver of the Wibaux county bank to "permit such public accountant as may be designated by the county attorney of Wibaux county to make an examination and audit of all books, accounts, papers, securities and any and all matters of every kind and nature which are in the receiver's possession, custody and control, and which have to do in any wise with the affairs of either the Wibaux county bank or the First State bank of Wibaux. Such examination must be made in the place of business of the Wibaux county bank.
