Lees, receiver.-Order amended by striking out the commission to receiver to retain the $450. and he is directed to repay the whole balance in his hands, with the interest actually earned and received after deducting the payment made by him to the plaintiff. Chamberlain.Judgment modified in conformity with the views expressed in the opinion, and as so modified, affirmed without costs to either party.
