BANK RECEIVER HELD. Evansville, Ind, Dec. 5. George Bittler, former local bank president, has been appointed receiver for the Bozeman Waters National bank at Poseyville, succeeding Lee Glenn, who is a Federal prisoner here, charged with embezzling $3,000 of the bank's funds. POSEYVILLE BANK RECEIVER INDICTED INDIDANAPOLIS. March 13.-(P)Lee Glenn, receiver for the BozemanWaters National bank at Poseyville, was indicted for embezzlement of $1.6600 by a federal grand jury, reporting yesterday at Indianapolis. He will be arraigned Wednesday, March 21.

BANK RECEIVER FACES U.S. CHARGES Lee Glenn Accused of Taking $1600 at Poseyville An indictment charging embezzleof $1600 was Tues by the federal grand jury at Indianapolis Lee Glenn, former receiver for the Bozeman Waters National Bank, Poseyville, Ind., according to United Press. Glenn scheduled for arrangeat Indianapolis Mar. The grand jury returned 61 indictments. Marshall Britton and Patrick McQuese indicted for interstate transportation of autos. They are alleged have brought stolen from Lexington, Ky., to EvansOrman Carter and Thereon Haines were indicted for burglary of the Griffin Post Office. Charles E. Klaser, William C. Coleman and James L. Brown were indicted for theft of $2500 worth of interstate merchandise from R C. and E. frieght car here. William Helfrich. John Seegar and Frederick Groeninger, Evansville, and Thruman Miles and Claude Lynnville, Ind., were indicted for operating stills. accidentally shot to death by his brother, John, while the two are shooting rats
