COURT BEGINS AT PERRYVILLE Perryville, Feb. 5.—S. R. Morgan, accused of embezzlement in connection with the failure of the Bigelow State Bank, was here today at the opening of the February term of circuit court. His case is set for Wednesday. Judge Mann of Little Rock is presiding. The grand and petit juries were empaneled. The docket for the first day was disposed of through the dismissal and nolleprossing of cases.
