SHERIFF'S SALE

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order of sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska, within and for Greeley county, in an action wherein The State Savings and Loan Association, is plaintiff, and Mary V. Moran, Mary V. Moran, Executrix of the Estate of Frank Moran, Deceased, James M. Lanigan, Executor of the Estate of Frank Moran, Deceased, E. H. Luikart, Receiver of Greeley State Bank, Greeley, Nebraska, Ethel M. Dickinson, O. D. Dickinson, real name unknown, are defendants.

I will at ten o'clock A. M., on the 13th day of August, 1935, at the West Front Door of the Court House in the Village of Greeley Center, Greeley County, Nebraska, offer for sale at public auction the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

The West half (W½) of Lot Two (2), and all of Lot Three (3), in Block Forty-three (43), First Addition to the Village of Spalding, Greeley County, Nebraska, to satisfy the decree of foreclosure rendered herein on the 20th day of September, 1934, together with interest, costs and accruing costs.
