Embezzlement Warrant Is Issued for Cashier (By Associated Press.) Cape Girardeau, Mo., Sept. 25.—A warrant charging embezzlement was issued today for the arrest of B. F. Seabaugh, missing cashier of the Farmers Bank of Daisy, Mo., near here, which was closed today by a representative of the state finance department.
