BANK TO PAY OUT IN FULL KANSAS CITY, Nov. The Farmers' and Merchants' Bank of Independence, Mo., announced today it intended to pay all of its depositors in full and quit business. The liquidation, Walter L. Yost, president, said in statement being made because of general business conditions. Mulligan of the state bank department, who the method liquidation proposed. said the Independence bank is the first in the history of Missouri far as he knows that has met such by voluntary liquidation, immediately paying depositors.
