TWO BANKS SHUT UP DOORS IN WISCONSIN MADISON, Wis. (P). Two Wisconsin banks, the State bank of Oconto Falls, with deposits of $308,000, and the Farmers & Merchants State bank at Chetka, with deposits totaling $208,000, failed to open Wednesday because of heavy withdrawals, the state banking department announced.

SET HEARING ON BANK RECEIVER'S PETITION OCONTO FALLS. Wis.-A. C. Kingston, commissioner of banking and receiver of the State Bank of Oconto Falls, will receive hearing July 12 on his petition to pay five per cent liquidation dividend to creditors. The petition will be heard before Circuit Judge Arnold F. Murphy, at Marinette.
