NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE State of South Dakota, county of Minnehaha, ss. In circuit court, second judicial circuit. In the matter of the suspension of the Colton State bank, a corporation, Colton, South Dakota. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the circuit court of Minnehaha county, state of South Dakota, made on the 26th day of August, 1924, the undersigned, John Hirning, as superintendent of banks of the state of South Dakota, in charge of the above named bank, will sell on competitive sealed bids to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate situated in the county of Minnehaha, state of South Dakota, to-wit: Lot seven (7) and the south half (S 1-2) of lot eight (8), block fourteen (14), Second addition, Colton, Minnehaha county, South Dakota. Undivided one-half interest in and to lots one (1) and two (2), block twenty-three (23), Third addition to Colton, Minnehaha county, South Dakota. South seventy-five (S 75) feet of lot one (1), block twenty-one (21) of Colton's Third addition to Colton, Minnehaha county, South Dakota; bank building. That said sealed bids will be received not later than the 19th day of September, 1924, by John Hirning, superintendent of banks of the state of South Dakota, in care of the examiner in charge, Colton State bank, Colton, South Dakota, and that said real property will be sold for cash to be paid on the execution and delivery of a deed thereto, and the right to reject any and all bids is reserved; no sale will be completed nor conveyance delivered without the approval of the court. Notice is further given that a certified check or draft equal to 10 per cent of the whole amount thereof must accompany each bid, and rejected bids with their certified checks or drafts will be returned to the respective bidders immediately upon the rejection of such bids.
