Sherwood Depositors To Receive Dividend L. R. Baird, receiver of closed banks, has announced that a 10 per cent dividend would be paid the depositors of the First International bank of Sherwood, N. D. Payment is being made through the office of J. P. Reeves, district manager at Burlington, N. D., according to the announcement by Baird.

GREGG JOINS ST. PAUL BANK Takes New Position Nov. 1 Sherwood, N. D., Oct. 20.-D. Ray Gregg of Sherwood, president of the First International bank until it closed year ago, has been elected cashier of the Twin Cities National bank of St. Paul. Mr. Gregg, widely known in north. western North Dakota, expects to leave with his family in a few days Nov. and will assume his new position For more than 20 years, Mr. Gregg was connected with the First International bank here, first as cashier and later as president Following the closing, with the approval and consent of the depositors' committee, Mr. Gregg was appointed by the state bank receiver to have charge liquidating the institution. In addition he has also aided in the liquidation of number of other closed banks in this section of the state. John C. Campbell, Sherwood, has been named Mr. Gregg's successor as liquidator. He also was formerly connected with the First International bank. Mr. Gregg one time was president of rthwest district group of the North Dakota Bankers asso-
