Bank Sends Out Second Dividend CHICO- Checks representing the second dividend of the defunct Peoples Savings & Commercial Bank, now in liquidation, are being mailed to depositors by James Lang, bank receiver. The dividends represent 15 per cent of the principal on depositor's claim. The second dividend represents a disbursement of $37,500, and brings the total paid in the savings department to 30 per cent since liquidation. Judge R. M. Rankin of Glenn county signed the court order authorizing the dividend Friday.
