WICHITA SAVINGS BANK. Yesterday the time of the district court was occupied in hearing the statement of the condition of the Wicnita Savings bank and deciding by Judge Reed what amount should be allowed to the receiver, Mr. Blackwilder, and the attorneys, Dale & Wall. The depositors were represented by Haymaker & Holmes. A large number of attorneys were present giving testimony as to reasonable attorney's fee. Judge Reed took the matter under advisement and will render his decision at an early day. The decision of the court will be read with considerable interest by all.

SAVINGS BANK DECISION. Judge Reed yesterday rendered his decision making the allowances for the services of the receiver and attorneys in the setthing up the business of the Wichita Savings bank The decision was as follows: "To George Blackwelder for forty-two months con innous services, $4,000; to Dale & Wall, legal services for the same time, the sum of $1,000. This is said to be the lowest case on record for the cost in settling a bank's business of the magnitude of this institution, Mr. Blackwelder gave a bond of $135,000, and did a business amounting to $62,000 during his administration of the bank's affairs,
