A change has been made in assistant receivers of the defunct State and Exchange banks of Bladen by the department the past week. Chas. Stone who has been acting as assistant receiver the past year and more has been released and placed in charge of two additional banks at Edgar.
George J. Adams, in charge of closed banks at Red Cloud, Guide Rock and Inavale, has taken over the business of both Bladen banks, commencing this week. Mr. Adams expects to be in Bladen on Wednesday of each week, during such time as the affairs of these institutions will require attention. Mr. Adams resides at Red Cloud and Mr. Stone at Hastings.
