CLAIM OF CATHERINE HOLM ALLOWED FOR $6787 E. H. Luikhart, receiver of Nebraska State Savings Bank files application for an order in court to allow claim of Catherine E. Holm for $6787 against assets of said bank in a valid preferred claim. Order was issued by Judge Landis that amended proof of claim as valid claim against assets of Nebraska State Savings Bank. Receiver of Bank of Cedar Bluffs authorized to sell lot 3, block 4, in Cedar Bluffs and fixtures chime clock to John Murren of Colon, for $1,000. Oscar B. Anderson vs Equitable Trust Co. DISTRICT COURT NOTES Orders to Compromise Receiver of Bank of Cedar Bluffs was authorized to accept $20 in cash in payment of $41.86, unpaid balance due on indebtedness of Floyd J. Williams; also authorized to accept $250 in payment of $2394 unpaid balance of indebtedness of Carl A. Peterson. The same receiver was authorized to accept $400 to release the mortgage indebtedness of Nels F. Paulsen; also authorized to accept $1400 from J. G. Ostrand in full for the unpaid balance of $2258. The receiver of the Citizens State Bank was authorized to accept $300 cash from Adolph Kucera in payment of $996.14, unpaid balance on double stock liability for 12 shares of capital stock in said bank. The receiver of the Citizens State Bank was also authorized to accept $450 in full satisfaction of unpaid balance of $1103.56 of C. E. Beadle. Sells Bank Furniture Receiver of the Bank of Cedar Bluffs authorized to sell certain furniture and fixtures in the said bank to George A. Orme for $174. Decree of Foreclosure Kalstrom vs Keeker.
