Monroe's Broken Bank. MONROE, La., June 22.-An official statement of the condition of the Bank of Monroe gives the assets at $46,087 and the liabilities at $55,552. The suspension was caused by a steady run on the bank by local depositors. A number of attachments were served to-day, consequently no further action will be taken until a majority of the creditors have been heard from.
