THE Bargain Store. Receivers Sale. In the Matter of the Receivership of the GIBSLAND STATE BANK No. 13 Receivership Docket, Bienville Parish, Louisiana. By virtue of an order issued in the above numbered and entitled cause and to me directed, ordering that I sell, according to law, after due and legal advertisement, the property belonging to GIBSLAND STATE BANK situated in the Parish of Natchitoches. I will sell, at public outery, to the last and highest bidder on SATURDAY MAY 17th 1913 the following described property, situated in the said parish to-wit: Lot. 1. SW₄ Section 13. Township, 11, Range 7, with all improvements thereon. less the timber sold to Black Lake Lbr. Co., and Valley Lbr. Co., and three acres sold to Jos. Dortolon, lying in Southwest corner of NW4 of SW of said Quarter section and one acre sold to J. G Mezier on which a hunting lodge is situated. Lot 2. Twelve acres in Section 34 Township, 11, Range 7, bounded on north by Campti Bayou and lands of J Mezier. on East by lands of F. A Mezier, on South by lands formerly owned by F. A. Mezier and on west by lands formerly owned by Rosa Conae. Lot 3. Twelve and one-half acres lying south of Campti Bayou bounded on the North by said Bayou: on the East by lot 2 above described: on South by lands acquired by Gibsland Realty Co. from F. A. Mezier; on West by Gabriel Metoyer. Lot 4. Five acres of land situated in the corner of lot FIVE, section 29, Township :1, Range 7, acquired by Gibsland Realty Co., from Lillian Mezier. Lot 5. Five acres of land, more or less, in lot FIVE. section 29, Town ship 11, Range 7 being the west halof tract previously sold by Mrs. Brack en to Rosa Conde.
