PACIFIC COAST DISPATCHES FROM CALIFORNIA A Put and Call Collapsed-Snicide Kinney's Big I:-Woodru3 Case Postponed. SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 18. The San Francisco branch of Chas. Larue & Co., dealers in puts and calls, has collapsed by the disappearance of the resident partner named Shedal. He leaves a lot of bills unpaid and claims of parties who have taken chances with him. A Frenchman named Nicholas Seleston shot himself with a pistolon Meigs wharf to-day, inflicting a mortal wound. It is not certain whether it was a suicide or an accident. He was just off a spree. Kinney against the Consolidated Virginia Company, overruled defendant's demurrer to amended complaint and gave defendant ten days in which to answer. The case of Woodruff alias Miller, of the Contract and Finance Company defaulting fame, has again gone over for the term in the Municipal Court.
