The receiver for the Owensboro Savings Bank and Trust Company has just made out the last distribution of the funds to the depositors of that defunct institution, which brings the total up to 14½ per cent. This is the Parish bank, the failure of which caused much excitement in Daviess and adjoining counties a few years ago, and for the mismanagement of which James Parish was sent to the penitentiary.
