TATE OF MICHIGAN, In the Circuit Court S for the County of St. Clair, in Chancery. Willis Warren, John Kingott, Herbert C. Siegel, John H. Dancey and William Powers, Complainants, vs. The Capac Bank of &F. T. Moore, George W. Moore, Fred T. Moore and Herbert B. Hitchings, Defendants. At a session of the Circuit Court continued and held at the Court House in the City of Port Huron on Thursday, the 5th day of October, A. D. 1916. Present, the Honorable Harvey Tappan, Circuit Judge. The petition of George C. Watson, the Receiver of said Defendants, praying that all claims demands and accounts against said defendants, or any of them. may be filed with him for allowance. being brought on for hearing, upon proof taken in open court, and the Court being advised in the premises, It is ordered that all of the creditors of said defendants, or any of said defendants, file with the Receiver, George C. Watson, at his office in Capac, Michigan, their claims against said defendants, or any of them, duly verified and proved according to law, on or before ninety, (90) days from the date of this order; and it is further ordered that all proofs of claim filed with said Receiver shall show what, if any. security is held by claimant for the payment of his claim and if such claim is evidenced by note, certificate of deposit. bank book or other writing, all such evidence shall be submitted to said Receiver as a part of such claim; and it is further Ordered that a copy of this order be published in the Port Huron Times-Herald, a newspaper published and circulating in the County of St. Clair, at least once each week for three successive weeks, beginning such publication within twenty days from the date hereof; and it is further Ordered that a copy of this order be published in the Capac Journal, a newspaper published and circulating in the county of St. Clair at least once each week for three successive weeks beginning such publication within twenty days from the date hereof; and it is further Ordered that a copy of this order be published in the Yale Expositor, a newspaper published and circulating in the county of St. Clair, at least once each week for three successive weeks, beginning such publication within twenty days from the date hereof; and it is further Ordered, adjudged and decreed that all creditors not presenting their claims against the defendants, or any of them, within said period, or such extension thereof as may be ordered, shall be forever barred from any proceeding to recover their said claims.
