CIRCUIT COURT Verne M. Geiger, receiver of the Commercial State Bank of Marlette, today filed suit in the circuit court seeking damages of $25,000 against Cline Bagwell, of Bay City, and Cline Bagwell, Inc., of Bay City. The bank receiver is seeking to collect the amount due on five notes upon which Bagwell and Bagwell, Inc., were endorsers.
