Bad Paper Wrecks Bank. Carrollton, O., May 29. - After a two days' run following the withdrawal of the county funds by the commissioners, the Carrollton Savings and Banking company closed its doors. The bank has been carrying bad paper in excess of its $40,000 capital. Local capitalists have offered to take over the affairs at 10 cents on the dollar, agreeing to meet all demands.
