year's premium on a bond written for Raymond Kirchdorfer, formerly liquidating agent of the Mutual Standard bank at Louisville. The banking commissioner claims the closed bank is liable only for pro rata part of the premium since Kirchdorfer did not serve the enLire year. Kirchdorfer was succeeded by Gates F. Young, of Owensboro, as liquidating agent last fall. The suit is expected to establish precedent for the payment of premiums on liquidators' bonds for other closed banks.
