HOLD HEARINGS ON BANK RECEIVER FEES Special The Nonpareil, May Hearings were to be held today on two documents which have been filed in the office of the clerk of the district court here by V. H. Byers, attorney for the receiver of the Elk Horn bank, and F. H. Kruse, receiver, in which the former asks $19,757 and Kruse asks $16,000 for services rendered. Byers has received fees to date of and Kruse has been paid $11,199. Judge O. D. Wheeler will act on the claims.

RECEIVER'S PAY CUT TO $1,200 JUDGE WHEELER TAKES DRASTIC ACTION IN ELK HORN BANK CASE. ATTORNEY'S CLAIM CUT Special The May a hearing before Judge Wheeler in the matter of the allowance of court costs in the Elk Horn bank case, Receiver F. H. Kruse is to receive from the main trust fund for his to date $1,200. Included in his services shall be report to date and the payment of divident to the depositors. H. Byers, ttorney for the receiver, will receive for his services to date, including the legal assistance to the in making his report to date and paying the dividend to the depositors, $1,500. Kruse had previously applied for a total of $16,000 of which amount he had already received approximately $11,000 while Byers asked $19.757.29 which he had received $11,346.50.
