REPORT UPON CLOSED BANKS Hearing on Statements Of Oxford Examiner Next Month Reports of the the Farmers Savings bank and the Oxford State tank, both of Oxford. have been filed the office of the district court by D. Bates, ceiver of the and Mr. G Hass, examiner in charge. The Oxford State bank report the 16th and the Farmers Savings bank the 12th report, since the two banks were closed. Both reports are final reports of Mr. Haas examiner. Mr. Haas has resigned his position examther of the receiverships to become cashier the new bank at Oxford. the First Trust and Savings bank. The receiver asks that Mr. Ben Summerwill be designated examiner in charge of the closed banks. Hon. James Gaffney set November as the date of the hearing the Oxford State bank report and November for the hearing the Farmers Savings bank report. The Farmers Savings bank ceivership report lists the follow. ing items receivable, two 20 per cent dividend payments totaling and preferred claims paid. stock assessments, $14,777.42; and net deposit claims. The report for the Oxford State bank lists the ing expenses, two 10 per cent dividends paid, totalpreferred claims $2,931.99: claims deposit and stock assessments, $18,750.
