Strawberry Point Bank To Reopen Next Week Special to The Gazette-Republican STRAWBERRY POINT. Nov. 10. The Strawberry Point State bank, which closed its doors due to heavy withdrawals Sept. 11. will be reopened next Thursday as the State Bank of Strawberry Point. with capital of $35,000. Until the regular meeting. in January the bank will be in charge of J. Mathews as cashier Mr. Mathews has been employed as a bank receiver by the state banking department. The other officers are as follows: W. Preston; vice- H. M. Eaton: directors, A. Alderson. Albert Kash. R. C. Norris, E. H. Fitsgibbons, and Carl Zwanziger.
