CONCERNING STORE Three Days Required to Plead Trustee Receiver fore Dist. Judge From local standpoint, the case of trustee the estate of Murphy, receiver for the bank of Sumner, interest the January of the Bremer county district court which opened in Waverly last week. The local case was opened Wednesday and was not concluded until Friday when Judge Edwards took the case under advisement.
