It should be appreciated that no definite plan will be proposed to the depositors by the Depositors' Committee, until it is definitely ascertained what loan amount the Receiver can obtain on the bank's assets, establishing the total available cash amount The Depositors' Committee predicts that all stockholders of the Carrollton National bank will contribute 70 per cent of their capital stock in cash or securities, as a means of assistance in a re-organization, such contribution being already almost entirely assured. Such committee is also preparing to obtain subscriptions for the capital structure of the proposed new bank. The Receiver assured our representative that he would be glad to extend such information as is usually authorized by the Comptroller of the Currency, from time to time.
