Plaintiff Files Appeal In McLean County Case Calhoun, Ky., March ap. peal was filed today in the McLean circuit court by attorneys for the INA CLAIRE plaintiff in the case of D. Taylor, drainage commissioner of McLean county, against Mrs. Jennie Q. FREDRIC MARCH Franklin, county treasurer, and the Fidelity Casualty company, in which Judge George S. Wilson The handed down decision several weeks ago finding for the defendants. of Broadway Taylor is suing for the recovery of $20,000 of drainage funds which Mrs. Franklin as county treasurer, had deposited in the Bank of Calhoun, that later closed. MARY BRIAN The appeal for Taylor was filed HENRIETTA CROSMAN by Claude E. Smith, of Owensboro.
