County of Bracken I, Omar Myers, Commissioner to settle with the Fiscal Officers of Bracken County, do certify that I have audited the foregoing report of S. B. Case, ex-sheriff of Bracken County has made final and complete settlement with Bracken County, in full of any and all sums found to be due by Omar Myers Commissioner appointed to make said settlement, and, WHEREAS, the said S. B. Case has made final and complete settlement with Bracken County in full of any and all sums found to be due by the said Omar Myers as said Commissioner against the said Case as Tax Collector for said Bracken County, and, WHEREAS, the said S. B. Case is of opinion that he is entitled to further and additional credits as said sheriff and as said tax collector, which he is at this time unable to fully establish and set On motion, it is ordered that should the said S. B. Case as said said ex-sheriff and or as said ex-tax collector fully and finally set out and establish further good and sufficient credits against Bracken County in addition to the credits allowed and set out in the settlement this day made and filed, then Bracken County will refund and pay to the said S. B. Case the sum or sums so found to be due, without the institution of an action or surcharge of this settlement this day made and filed. State of Kentucky, Bracken County Court, August Term.
