Mr. Gruner Recuperating H. A. Gruner, assistant receiver of The Bank of Winchcester, is recuperating by taking a vacation. During his absence the bank will be closed during the day, but anyone having business to transact with the institution can get in touch with Edward Trimble by calling the county clerk's office in Oskaloosa. Edward will arrange to keep the bank open each evening from 7 till 9 o'clock, so persons may have an opportunity to transact their business with the bank. At this time Mr. Gruner is feeling some better and the Star trusts he may soon be himself again.

NOTICE The Statutes of Kansas provide that all claims of depositors and other creditors must be filed with the Receiver within one year after the date of his appointment, and if not SO filed such claims shall be barred from participation in the estate of such bank. The Receiver of The Bank of Winchester, Winchester, Kansas, was appointed on August 5th, 1932. CHARLES W. JOHNSON, Receiver.
