AUGUST SNYDER AND FAMILY. 1p1 SHERIFF'S SALE. By virtue copy Decree me directed from the Clerk of the Jackson Circuit Court in cause wherein "nion State Bank. Receiver Plaintiff and Luther Thompson. Thompson and Horace Densford are Defendants requiring me make the sum of Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Fifty Cents, ($713.50) with interest on said decree and costs. will expose at Public Sale, to the highest Saturday, May 16th, 1925, between the o'clock A. M. and o'clock M. said day, door of the Court House in Jackson County. Indiana, the rents and profits for the following term not Real exceeding Estate. seven to-wit: years, Forty (44) feet of the west lots fifty-four and (54 55) in the town Crothersville, Indiana. together with all of the appurtenances thereto belonging, being the same this day purchased by the said Luther Thompson from Isaac G. Warner and wife. such rents and profits will not sell for sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interests and costs, will, at same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs. SHERIFF'S SALE. By virtue of certified copy of Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Jackson Circuit Court in cause wherein The Union State Bank, Receiver is Plaintiff, and Luther B. ThompElla Thompson and Horace Densford are sum Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Fifty Cents, ($713.50), with interest on said decree and costs, expose at Public Sale, the highest Saturday, May 16th, 1925, between the hours of 10 o'clock and o'clock said day, door of the Court House in Jackson County Indiana, the rents and profits for exceeding seven years, the following Real Estate, (44) feet of the west end lots numbered four in the town Crothersville Indiana. together with all the thereto being the same property this purchased Luther Thompson from Isaac G. Warner and If such rents and profits will not sell for sum satisfy said decree. interests and costs, will, same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple said real estate, or so thereof may sufficient to discharge said decree interest and costs.
