MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SUITS FILED One insurance company, Metropolitan Life, has filed practically 50 per cent of the mortgage foreclosure suits in Hammond Superior courts since January check of court entry dockets revealed today. Although only 32 foreclosure suits have been started in that time, the Metropolitan company, through Its local attorneys, Bomberger, Peters Morthland, appears plaintiff in 15 of suits.
