Notice
The Statutes of Kansas provide that all claims of depositors and other reditors must be filed with the Re- reiver within one year after the date if his appointment, and if not SO filed uch claims shall be barred from participation in the Estate of such Bank. The Receiver of the Mineral Kansas State Bank, West Mineral. Kansas, was appointed on October 3rd, 1930.
