NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE NORTH LIBERTY STATE BANK. Notice is hereby given to all creditors of the North Liberty State bank, and all persons, firms and corporations claiming any interest in the assets of said North Liberty State bank or any person, firm or corporation having any unsatisfied claims or demands of any character against said North Liberty State bank are hereby required to file with, present and deliver the same in writing, duly verified under oath, to John G. Schurz, receiver of the North Liberty State bank, South Bend, Indiana, on or before the 10th day of September, 1924, all pursuant to, and by virtue of, an order of the St. Joseph circuit court made and entered of record on the 26th day of June, 1924, in cause No. 31043 and entitled State of Indiana on Relation of Luther F. Symons, Bank Commissioner of the State of Indiana vs. North Liberty State bank. All persons, firms and corporations having any unsatisfied claims or demands against said North Liberty State bank are required to file the same with the above named receiver within the time above mentioned under the penalty of having the same disallowed by the court wherein said cause is pending, unless such claims are filed with said receiver within the time and at the place aforementioned. Notice is also given to the depositors of said North Liberty State bank that no claim of any kind will be required by the receiver whose claims and the amount thereof agree and conform with the books of said bank.
