Russell Is Treece Bank Receiver TREECE, Kas., April liam Russell, cashier of the Treece State bank of Treece, which closed its door last Friday, been named receiver of the institution and now charge of liquidation the bank's affairs. He has requested that every depositor either send their passbook leave with him at the bank at their earliest convenience. George McCullaugh of Galena, was temporarily in charge the bank as of the Kansas department, returned to Topeka.
